Shoe tags available beginning February 2 • R2R and Main Campus
Distribution Day: March 9
Return Shoes by February 17

Many of the children in Las Cruces are in need of shoes, so it’s time once again for “the shoe church” to step up to the plate! This year, we want to provide shoes for 900 kids!

In this amazing program, social workers and counselors in our city’s public schools help to identify kids from low-income families that could use a new pair of shoes. These kids have their shoe size measured, and that information along with the child’s name and school is added to a “shoe tag”.

Beginning February 2, we will have shoe tags available for pick-up. Each shoe tag matches to a real, God-loved child, so when you pick up your shoe tag, you will be able to pray for that child by name as you purchase their new pair of shoes.

Later in March, we will have a BIG celebration for all the kids and their families to come receive their shoes in a Distribution Day that will feel less like a simple giveaway and more like a carnival, complete with games and snacks! We want the kids to feel blessed and to know that we offer these gifts as an extension of God’s love for them!

This is always a favorite event at MPCC!
