Join us for a city-wide event as the churches in Las Cruces come together as one unified church body to lift up our country in prayer and through worship and song. Below are just a few events that happening around town:
Early morning prayer and worship service: 5:45 - 6:45am at the Monte Vista Parking lot (1.9 miles east of NM Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum on Dripping Springs Road.
Multi-day Bible Read-a-thon from 9am Thursday, May 5 to 7am Monday May 9 at the corner of Main Street and Picacho Avenue at the north end of Albert Johnson City Park. This event will include continuous reading, aloud of the Bible and prayer for people.
"National Day of Prayer" county proclamation presentation by county commissioner chairman and designee: 10am - 11am on May 5 at the north side of the County Government Center, 845 N Motel Blvd. Also, prayer for Dona Ana County worship and music will take place.
"National Day of Prayer" city proclamation presentation by Mayor or his designee from 12pm - 1pm on May 5 at Las Cruces City Hall, 700 N Main Street. Prayer, singing and worship will take place. Sandwiches and drinks will be available.
All events are interdenominational and open to the public.
